George Carlin famously said, “The proof is not in the pudding; the rice and raisins are in the pudding. The proof of the pudding is in the eating.”

Here for your tasting is a sampling of my work - and, for what it’s worth, I’m not a huge fan of rice pudding ever since they served it to me after my tonsillectomy.
